Fish Vase

Step 1Use Glass & Porcelain Markers to add colour to your vase and create your fish’s body. You could draw scales, stripes or just block colours like we did!
Step 2Using the markers, colour the opening of your vase pink to create your fish’s mouth.
Remember when baking your vase, DO NOT pre-heat the oven. The difference in temperature may cause your vase to crack. Instead, put your object in a cold oven, then turn the oven on.
Step 4Once dry, place your vase in a cold household oven. Once the temperature has reached 160°C, bake your vase for 90 minutes to heat set your design.
Step 5Cut two triangles and a curved semi-circle out of green foam to create your fish’s fins.
Step 6Place the 2 triangles to either side of your fish’s body.Attach with glue. Allow to dry.
Step 7Place the curved fin on the top of your fish’s body. Attach with glue. Allow to dry.
Step 8Place 2 wiggle eyes on either side of the top fin, close to your fish’s mouth. Attach with glue. Allow to dry.
